General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and asa333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the asa333 platform at asa333.app, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

asa333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, asa333 will endeavour to notify active players via the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of asa333.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English version shall prevail. asa333 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and related services. All monetary amounts referenced in this Agreement are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 Scope of Services

The asa333 platform provides access to the following categories of service: live casino games streamed from certified studios, RNG-based slot and table games, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), crash and instant-win games, and a cashier facility for deposits and withdrawals via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. All services are subject to the terms set out herein.

1.2 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing asa333 is lawful in your country or region of residence before using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account on asa333, you confirm and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You further confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on asa333, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use. You must ensure that all details provided match the information associated with your chosen payment method (e.g., the name registered with your bKash or Nagad account).

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the asa333 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. asa333 employs technical measures to detect and investigate suspected duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, asa333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your asa333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. asa333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available as a free security feature to all registered players. Any activity carried out on your account — including all bets placed and all transactions initiated — is assumed to have been carried out by you unless you notify asa333 of suspected unauthorised access promptly.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

asa333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents at any time, but most commonly before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawal total exceeds a threshold set by asa333. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by asa333 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank. asa333 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or payment methods not registered to you are strictly prohibited. asa333 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to apply enhanced KYC checks before releasing funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at asa333 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file for your account. asa333 aims to process all withdrawal requests the same business day for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional KYC verification is required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have successfully completed the applicable KYC verification steps. Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the associated wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, wagering-complete balances may be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

asa333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions on the platform are monitored. asa333 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any withdrawal where suspicious activity is detected, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the asa333 platform as a mechanism for transferring or laundering funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "no wagering", all bonus funds awarded by asa333 must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and scratch cards typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited at asa333:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus or other new-player promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions collectively.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus release regardless of outcome.
• Using bonus funds in a pattern that asa333 determines to be designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion rather than engage with the platform in good faith.

Where asa333 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, remove the associated funds from the account balance, and permanently close the account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated at the time the bonus is awarded. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account. asa333 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on asa333 are provided by certified third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — and are governed by the rules published by those studios. asa333 does not modify the rules, RTPs, or win probabilities of any game. 6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on asa333 cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI series, and international tests), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked and will not change.

In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. asa333 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time where events on the field of play render odds temporarily unreliable (e.g., during a wicket, a goal, or a significant incident). Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed with a valid bet ID, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. asa333 reserves the right to void any bet where: a manifest error in the odds was published; the event was cancelled or abandoned without a result; or the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these terms. In all void scenarios, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

asa333 applies maximum win limits to both casino games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Winnings exceeding the maximum limit for a single bet or game session will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the displayed win amount. asa333 is not liable to pay any amount above the stated maximum win limit for any single bet or round.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, asa333 and its game studio partners reserve the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the player. Winnings accrued during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid. asa333 is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server downtime, or third-party service failures.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the asa333 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful to asa333 and to other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asa333 platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine asa333 transaction. Any account subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for legal review.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market available on asa333.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any automated tool to interact with asa333 games or betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the asa333 platform. Any winnings accrued through the deliberate exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassment: Using the asa333 platform or its customer support channels to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate asa333 staff or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the asa333 platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or asa333 may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your asa333 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may alternatively apply for a self-exclusion period via the tools available in your account settings. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by asa333

asa333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player's account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• asa333 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.
• The player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback against asa333.

Where an account is closed by asa333 due to a breach of these terms, asa333 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. asa333 will notify the account holder by any contact details on file prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance if less) will be applied to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. Once a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support before the balance is exhausted.
